That’s why most of our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty for added peace of mind.If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the item unused and in its original packaging for a full refund.We recommend checking your item carefully before use or installation. If a product has been opened, used, or altered, a partial refund may be issued depending on its condition.Our 12-month warranty also covers manufacturing faults, so if something isn’t right, our team will be happy to help resolve the issue.
If you change your mind within 30 days
Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, just return the item to us unused and in its original, unaltered packaging for a full refund. If you’ve made any alterations to the item, including removing it from the packaging, then we will partially refund you based on the condition of the item.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item has developed a fault, please use contact us to get in touch. Once the item has been returned, we will require up to 14 working days to fully test and repair the product. If the item is unrepairable and still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you. Our customer service team will keep you updated once we have received and fully tested the item.
Warranty Repairs & Replacements
All items bought from RC Geeks include a 12 month manufacturers warranty that begins from the day you take ownership of the goods. The warranty covers any malfunctions or faults that may develop. It does not cover accidental damage such as crash or water damage. We work closely with our network of manufacturers to carry out the warranty process as efficiently as possible. We will always try to repair faulty items before replacing them if 30 days have passed since you received the goods.
